Coworking Community

Respect:

  • All Coworking attendees are to respect Creative Babes Club Studios’ space, contents and ensure that they are thoughtful and considerate of other creatives using the Studio’s Coworking facilities.

  • Coworking attendees must respect that creatives work - and thrive - in different environments. We aim to facilitate this - i.e. with our Communal zones, Solo Desks and calm, quieter creative spaces.

  • Creative Babes Club Studios has a Zero Tolerance Policy towards discrimination, bullying and unkindness. If you infringe this Policy - and counteract our Manifesto and Community Values - your Coworking access will be immediately denied and/or cancelled. With a 0% Refund.

    *These Terms also apply to all other Creative Babes Club Studios Packages, Events and Projects.

Facilities and Art Supplies:

  • Coworking Days are Monday-Friday 10-6pm (UK time). *Excluding Bank Holidays.

  • On hand, basic Art Supplies are available and of limited supply, to be shared communally. The Studio’s Art Supplies and equipment must remain in the premises at all times - with no exceptions.

  • Coworking refreshments are of limited supply. Attendees must inform the Studio’s Team of Food Allergies and Dietary Requirements.

  • Coworking zones i.e. Cosy Seating, Communal Tables and Solo Desks are Subject to Availability. Using a first come first served basis.

  • Our Content Studio is also available for Private hire - with dates and booking slots Subject to Availability.

  • Coworking Communal Storage is exclusively available for Coworking Members, who must be considerate of all Coworking Attendees and their Storage Needs. Our Team will instruct members to minimise their storage use, if deemed unfair toward other Coworking Members.

Responsibility:

  • Coworking Members are individually responsible for cleaning and putting away all Art Supplies, Equipment, Mugs, Glassware etc that they have used during their Coworking Session.

  • Creative Babes Club Studios are not responsible for holding any Art Supplies or Facilities i.e. specific zones, desks, seating etc for Coworking Attendees - with no exceptions.

  • Coworking Attendees are solely responsible for their property which is brought into and/or Communally Stored at Creative Babes Club Studios. Including - but not limited to - all Supplies, Props, Art and Designs, Projects, Work, Products, Packaging, Equipment, Devices, Belongings etc.

    *By doing so, Coworking Attendees are agreeing that Creative Babes Club Studios are not liable for any unforeseen circumstances such as theft, damage and/or loss. Accepting that - in the case of such events - all Coworking Members and Creative Babes Club Studios Attendees will not receive any compensation, replacements or repairs on from Creative Babes Club Studios and/or Founder, Alice Rose Toth.

  • Creative Babes Club Studios will not be liable for any loss of earnings, missed opportunities and/or unforeseen circumstances that Coworking Members and Creative Babes Club Studios’ Attendees encounter. With no exceptions.

  • Though supportive and working towards our Manifesto, Creative Babes Club Studios are not responsible for Coworking Attendees’ Mental Health and wellbeing. If you are struggling or requiring professional Mental Health support, advice or someone to talk with/to, please explore the following services…

Coworking Day Passes:

  • All Coworking Day Passes are Subject to Availability. We recommend that you book in your Coworking Sessions ASAP to avoid disappointment. Via our website’s Calendar Booking System.

  • Our Day Passes are £25. All slots are available to book via creativebabesclubstudios.co.uk/coworking - or IRL in our Studio, via a single upfront payment. Once booked, your Coworking Pass/Slot will not be refunded - with no exceptions.

Coworking Monthly Subscriptions:

  • Monthly Subscription holders are guaranteed Coworking Passes, Monday-Friday. *Excluding Bank Holidays.

  • Coworking Monthly Subscriptions are Subject to Availability. We recommend that you subscribe to your Monthly Coworking Membership ASAP to avoid disappointment.

  • Our Monthly Subscriptions is £200 per month, paid via Direct Debit on a monthly rolling payment. Coworkers can Subscribe via creativebabesclubstudios.co.uk/coworking - or IRL in our Studio.

  • We’re Flexible! You can Cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time, no questions asked.

Coworking Subscription Perks and Bonuses:

  • Coworking Monthly Subscribers are Gifted 20% off of our Space hire Packages, including: Blank Page, Workshop-ready and Audience-ready (worth £75 upwards). All Space hire bookings must be Booked in and Paid for in Advance. *Contact our Team for more information.

  • Coworking Monthly Subscribers are Gifted 10% off of our Private hire and Non-profit Bookings - worth £75 upwards.

Coworking Cancellation Policy:

  • If required, Coworking Day Passes can be cancelled via our Website’s Acuity Booking System. Cancellations must be made a minimum of 24 hours before your scheduled Coworking Session begins.

  • Late Cancellations and No-shows will not be refunded - with no exceptions.

    *Your Coworking Access will be suspended if you have a minimum of 3 consecutive Late Cancellations and/or Coworking No-shows.

Non-payments Policy:

  • If your Coworking Payment is unsuccessful - your Pass(es) and/or Monthly Subscription will be cancelled instantaneously. In this situation, you will receive an email notification with a link to update your payment information.

    *You can reactivate your Monthly Subscription using the link, once your payment details have been updated.

Rescheduling Policy:

  • If required, Coworking Attendees can reschedule/edit their upcoming sessions. A minimum of 24 hours before your scheduled Coworking Session begins - via your confirmation email.

    *You will then receive an updated confirmation email with your upcoming Booking’s details.

Event hire and Private hire

Respect:

  • All Event and Private hire Bookings are to respect Creative Babes Club Studios’ space, contents and ensure that they are thoughtful and considerate of other creatives using the Studio’s Space Hire and facilities.

  • Creative Babes Club Studios has a Zero Tolerance Policy towards discrimination, bullying and unkindness. If you infringe this Policy - and counteract our Manifesto and Community Values - your Event and Private hire Bookings will be immediately denied and/or cancelled. With a 0% Refund.

    *These Terms also apply to all other Creative Babes Club Studios Packages, Events and Projects.

Booking Process:

  • All Space hire and Private hire enquiries are reviewed by our Team, following an Introductory Call/meeting. We aim to ensure that all of Creative Babes Club Studios’ Bookings and Events are aligned with our Manifesto and Community Values.

    *Creative Babes Club Studios reserves the right to decline your Space hire and Private hire applications if there is not an aligned synergy or applicants actively counteract Creative Babes Club Studios’ Policies, Terms and Conditions.

  • All hire booking enquiries will be responded to by our Team via email, within 5 business days. Please note: we are a small creative Team, embracing a slow, sustainable pace. We appreciate your support.

  • Once enquired via our online form - you will be sent an email with a link to book in a free Introductory Call to discuss your Event/Package details. Our Introductory Calls are an opportunity to meet our Team, ask questions, talk through your event’s concept, explore bespoke customisations and explore which of our Space hire packages are for you.

  • Applicants can request an IRL tour of Creative Babes Club Studios' ahead of your booking - as you’re planning and prepping your event(s).

    *Such tours are complimentary, though please note: your booking(s) are not secured until Creative Babes Club Studios have received your hire fee - in full.

Facilities and Art Supplies:

  • Space/Private hire bookings can be scheduled for Monday-Sunday, during the Studio’s opening hours (10-6pm) and on an evening (7-11pm).

    *Dates and time slots for hire are Subject to Availability.

  • Custom, bespoke packages are Subject to Availability - practicality of concept - and budget. Crafty Workshop ideas, specific activities and occasions, layout and use of space etc can be discussed with Creative Babes Club Studios’ Team during an Introductory call - prior to booking.


Responsibility:

  • When booking, you are responsible for your Event’s organisation, preparation, marketing (if applicable), hosting and realisation. Creative Babes Club Studios’ Team will be supportive and on hand during your space hire.

    *Share with our Team any specific requirements and/or requests that you may have for your Space hire/Packages ASAP.

  • Public Liability Insurance is required for our Space hire Packages and proof of documentation will be requested upon booking.

  • Your hire’s designated Prep time slots are your opportunity to set up and wrap up, both before and after your Event(s).

    *These are to be discussed at the time of booking your slot(s).

  • Naked flames are not permitted in the Studio - i.e. candles, tea lights, sparklers etc.

    *Celebration cakes and/or decorative cake candles are to be discussed with our Team and reviewed upon your Space/Private hire booking(s).

  • Bring your own Bottle (BYOB) consumption of alcoholic beverages are restricted to audiences of 18+ years, with no exceptions under any circumstances. Bring your own Bottle is limited to wine, beer and curated cocktails.

    *Creative Babes Club Studios reserves the right to limit alcohol consumption and ask hosts and/or attendees to leave if acting drunk, disorderly or disrespectful towards our Team, attendees and/or community members.

  • Though supportive and working towards our Manifesto, Creative Babes Club Studios are not responsible for Hire’s and Attendees’ Mental Health and wellbeing.   • Creative Babes Club Studios will not be liable for any loss of earnings, missed opportunities and/or unforeseen circumstances that attendees encounter - with no exceptions.

  • Coworking Attendees are solely responsible for their property which is brought into and/or Communally Stored at Creative Babes Club Studios. Including - but not limited to - all Supplies, Props, Art and Designs, Projects, Work, Products, Packaging, Equipment, Devices, Belongings etc.

    *By doing so, Coworking Attendees are agreeing that Creative Babes Club Studios are not liable for any unforeseen circumstances such as theft, damage and/or loss. Accepting that - in the case of such events - all Coworking Members and Creative Babes Club Studios Attendees will not receive any compensation, replacements or repairs on from Creative Babes Club Studios and/or Founder, Alice Rose Toth.

Space/Private hire bonuses:

  • Multiple Space/Private hire bookings - i.e. a minimum of 3 or more bookings in a total of 6 months - will receive 20% off their Total.

    *To qualify, all multiple bookings must be made at least 1 month prior to the date of your first scheduled booking. Contact our Team for more information on this and available payment plans.

Cancellation policy:

  • If necessary, your Space/Private hire bookings must be cancelled asap. Refunds are only applicable subject to length of notice.

    *See below for our cancellation notice period/policy.

  • For a 75% refund: Space/Private hire cancellations must be made a minimum of 60+ days before your scheduled booking begins.

  • For a 50% refund: Space/Private hire cancellations must be made a minimum of 30 days before your scheduled booking begins.

  • For a 25% refund: Space/Private hire cancellations must be made a minimum of 14 days before your scheduled booking begins.

  • Late cancellations will not receive a refund, with no exceptions.

  • No-shows will not be refunded, with no exceptions.

    *Your Space/Private hire access will be suspended if you have 3 consecutive booking late cancellations and/or no-shows.

Non-payments policy:

  • If your Space/Private hire payment is unsuccessful - your booking is not yet secured. In this situation, you will receive an email notification with a link to update your payment information.

  • Your booking is not confirmed and secured until payment has been received - in full - by Creative Babes Club Studios.

  • Your booking will be cancelled if your Space/Private hire payment has not been made within 14 days of Creative Babes Club Studios’ ‘Unsuccessful payment’ email notification.

Rescheduling Policy:

  • Bookings can be rescheduled, if required, a minimum of 30 days before your scheduled Space/Private hire booking begins.

  • In this situation, Creative Babes Club Studios’ Team must be informed via email - ASAP.

Community Events

Our events (18+):

  • Tickets cannot be reserved for Creative Babes Club Studios Crafty Workshops and Community Events, under any circumstances. You can sign up to our Emails to keep in the loop with upcoming events etc.

Mini Creative Babes Club (5-12 years):

  • Our Team’s Workshop Facilitators and Event Co/hosts have updated, enhanced DBS checks and are highly experienced in working with children and encouraging their creativity and curiosity.

  • Tickets cannot be reserved for Mini Creative Babes Club Crafty Workshops, under any circumstances. You can sign up to our Emails to keep in the loop with upcoming events etc.

Cancellation Policy:

  • In the event that you can no longer attend a ticketed event, please let our Team know ASAP - via email, Instagram or our website.

Rescheduling Policy:

  • Purchased tickets cannot be transferred to another Event/date.

Refund Policy:

  • Once purchased, Event tickets cannot be refunded. Though, you are able to organise a swap with another creative babe, if possible.

  • Cancellations and no-shows will not be refunded, with no exceptions.

Manifesto and Values

Respect:

  • We are creating a community-led space. For ‘creative babes’ (female and LGBT+) to come exactly as and who they are; expressing their creativity however they deem authentic. Facilitating safe, uplifting spaces for creatives - that are essential - to explore their creative ideas - and thrive.

  • Behaviour, attitudes and actions that actively counteract this - our Manifesto and values - will not be tolerated, in any capacity.

    *In such events, Creative Babes Club Studios’ attendees must inform a member of our Team - and we will immediately be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.

  • Creative Babes Club Studios has a Zero Tolerance Policy towards discrimination, bullying and unkindness. If you infringe this Policy - and counteract our Manifesto and Community Values - your Creative Babes Club Studios’ access will be immediately denied and/or Events and Packages cancelled. With a 0% Refund.

    *These Terms also apply to all other Creative Babes Club Studios Packages, Events and Projects.

Community Values and Manifesto:

  • Creative autonomy, Flexibility and Wellbeing are at the heart of Creative Babes Club Studios.

  • Though supportive and working towards our Manifesto, Creative Babes Club Studios are not responsible for Community and Attendee’s Mental Health and wellbeing.   • Creative Babes Club Studios maintain the right to decline, cancel and suspend Space/Private hire bookings, Coworking Passes and Subscriptions, Events and tickets, Projects, Opportunities and Facilities - if any part of our Manifesto and Values are infringed.

    *In such circumstances, our Team will thoughtfully carry the applicable, necessary actions swiftly - and kindly.Informing all parties involved ASAP, via email.
